Akemy, trading as DD Engine Parts (KvK 94268355, the Netherlands), processes personal data in line with the GDPR (AVG).

What we collect

When you send a quote request we receive your name, company, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message.

Why

We use this data only to answer your request, prepare quotes and process orders. The legal basis is your request (pre-contractual steps) and our legitimate interest in business communication.

Processors

Quote requests are delivered to us by email through Web3Forms. Our website is hosted by Vercel. Both act as processors.

Retention

We keep quote requests for up to 2 years and order data for 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law.

Your rights

You can ask us to view, correct or delete your data at daan@akemy.nl. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

This website does not use tracking cookies. If we add advertising measurement, we will update this page and ask for consent where required.
